"After nearly 40 years with the most professional and attentive agent, I was forced to choose a new agent due to her retirement. We chose Jerry Garcia because he was close to our home. What a mistake. We have had the most horrible service. His office staff does not respond in a timely manner, if at all, in response to my questions or concerns. Emails and voicemails go unanswered. My last conversation with Jerry himself was even worse. He was very rude and dismissive. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere and avoid the this agent. I would give zero stars if possible."
