What a mistake. We have had the most horrible service. His office staff does not respond in a timely manner, if at all, in response to my questions or concerns. Emails and voicemails go unanswered. My last conversation with Jerry himself was even worse. He was very rude and dismissive.
I would highly recommend you look elsewhere and avoid the this agent.
